Miles Hingston is an entrepreneur building businesses across electrical, solar, and renewables. His path into the industry was not a straight one. It took him ten years to complete his electrical apprenticeship, shaped by real-life challenges that forced him to build resilience early. Once qualified, he moved quickly, going from employee to business owner within two years by buying an electrical franchise.
Five years later, he took the next step and launched MJ Electrical, building the business from the ground up. From there, he expanded into solar with Ballarat Solar Company, then into broader renewable growth through BSC Renewables.
He later founded RenewaGlobe to bring renewable energy solutions into the construction sector, with a focus on cleaner, smarter, and more practical power systems. He also invested in Ultimate Site Solutions, helping strengthen the business through hands-on operational support and industry experience.
Today, Miles focuses on building strong businesses with solid operations, good people, and room to grow, while continuing to look for new opportunities across electrical, energy, and construction-aligned services.
